I scream you scream we all scream for ice cream! That was the popular chant when I was a kid growing up! Now that summer is in full swing, ice cream is something my kids have to have in the freezer at all times! As I sit and watch my kids devour their ice cream which I have decided I do not need because I am trying to lose weight. All I can think of is I want some! But I do not want to have to add an extra workout to my 5 workouts a week to burn off the extra calories I take in from a small bowl of my favorite full fat ice cream.
